[PLUG] OT: Mailing list tags

Given that there are already several other headers that make it bloody
obvious that the message is coming from the mailing list, could we
drop the grandiose [PLUG] tags in the subject lines?  We know what
list it is, and the tags fairly regularly get in the way of people
replying, making the list harder to filter by subject later.

So, given that the tags are redundant and are doing more harm than
good, could we just dump that throwback from before procmail's time
already?
