Depends on the buyer's need.  I understand that beaver.com went for
$40,000 US.  Asking price, I believe, was 50 or 60 thousand.
  Want to guess what kind of site it is now?  The original owner had a 
_more_ acceptable business with the word beaver in it.  (Yes I am 
protecting those involved and no I'm not one of them.  :-)
