To my first hop on Comcast:

64 bytes from 10.139.80.1: icmp_seq=3 ttl=255 time=6.28 ms
64 bytes from 10.139.80.1: icmp_seq=4 ttl=255 time=4.50 ms

That's what we went with. Still DHCP, though.
