Again, why do you want/need this?  You lose navigability for what gain?

If you want to do that, you're going to have to rip the tracks and then 
combine them after the fact.  Going that route, you'll probably do a 
two-(three-)step process wherein you rip raw audio, combine the tracks, 
then encode and tag them.
