[PLUG] Next ... GIMP with no JPG recognition

Can you open up jpg files in any other gtk-based programs?  Just about
anything that can display or manipulate images and starts with "g" is
likely to be gtk-based.  Try gqview if you have it.  For that matter,
is there ANY other program on the same machine that can display jpg's?
