Nobody seems to have suggested using Dropload.

The photos could be tar'ed or zip'ed an just uploaded for pickup.
This is a much more sane solution then sending an attachment which will have
an expansion for transmission factor of roughly 2-1.

PHP has a PEAR library that handles mail attachments, and I though I don't
work with Perl, I feel 100% confident that it too does.

But can you Imagen getting 111 emails with attachments? Can you put them all
in a directory so he can access them? Burn them to a CD and mail them?
Zip them up and let him download them?
