[PLUG] Motif issues

The z88 program and another CAD program seems to
require more of Motif than Debian provides in its
repositories. Openmotif would be ideal, but even
adding non-free to the sources doesn't fetch it. There
are rpm's available, so a .deb could conceivably be
built from them. Is there any way to do it apart from
building it from source? I've already had one such
build fail.
