[PLUG] Bittorent download rate limiting...

Is there any way to specify at what speed you want to download from a torrent
at?  I imagine I'm not the only one who doesn't want to saturate his Internet
connection completely on a large download.  I'd like to limit my download rate
to 256k, or 25k/s.  The only other option I can of is using the at daemon to
schedule these downloads at night when everyone is asleep.
