Lazy man, why don't you tediously click through all the kernel configs like 
the rest of us.

For the 2.4 kernel, look under Processor type -> features -> High Memory 
Support. I dunno for 2.6.

If my elderly memory is not playing tricks on me, I thought LOWMEM was up to 1 
gigabyte.
