Thanks Ken.  I got it to work.  He is having big DNS issues but I
can't resolve those and he has router problems with his ISP.  Then
again there is the fact that he did enter in the wrong IP.  Blah.  It
was a pain to trouble shoot and spent a long time figuring it out.

Although your information is great.  I do think I've set that up
correctly.  I have experienced these settings before being all wrong.
