So, we should each send him a message (letter, fax, e-mail, ?) referencing the
KATU article, thanking him for his support, and pointing out that he could
increase his support by encouraging state departments to switch to open
source solutions, perhaps starting with Firefox. That should be fairly
painless. Follow that with Open Office. Then, move on to less common
applications.
