Have you tried SuSE OpenExchange, or whatever it is called now since Novell 
bought them? Don't even bother with a mail/groupware client- use the browser 
interface and you get all the goodies, though it supports all the usual 
standalone mail clients, including outlook. IMO it is superior to MS 
Exchange.
