[PLUG] [OT] Self-Employed & Health Insurance

   Oregon law prohibits those of us who are self-employed (as
sole-proprietors or the only employee of a Sub-chapter S corporation) from
participating in group health insurance plans offered by professional
societies and trade associations. A company must have two or more employees
to qualify for these plans.

   I'm trying to get this restriction removed during this legislative
session; my efforts stared right after last fall's elections. If you will
