[PLUG] Forward headers with KMail

So, before I tried sending the fraud e-mail off to the FTC and 
antiphishing.org, I thought I should verify that I'm actually sending full 
headers. It appears that when using "Forward as attachment" with KMail, I am 
not sending any of the old headers. I tried forwarding the e-mail to one of 
my other accounts. I did it with all headers displayed before sending, but 
the only headers when I received it were from me. Short of copying and 
pasting the header into the body of the e-mail I send, is there some other 
way to make KMail include the old headers?

And if I do, since Comcast wants the offending e-mail "forwarded as an 
attachment, with full headers" how do I make KMail fit Comcast's 
requirements?
