[PLUG] What is WebsiteOS? Where is it's home URL? Is it open?

I notice a number of ISPs seem to use something called WebsiteOS
as a web interface to let virtual domain owners add and control email 
accounts, web sites, DNS entries, analyze their log files, etc.

Does anyone know who makes this and how it is licensed?
