I should have mentioned, that's the one site I found, but it's anything
but convenient.  I have to type in my full street address every time to
get the list, and the form uses POST, so there's no linkable URI.  I
couldn't even "show only this frame", as that generated a site error. 
(Friggin' .NET developers!)

You wouldn't know of an alternate, single click link, would you?  I was
thinking someone posted one here last year.
