[PLUG] Website hosting at home

I don't know. I'm not hosting but friends (non-Linux BTW) that do always
arrange to get a static IP. Are there performance or reliability issues with
DDNS? I'll ask around -- it could be a case of "this is what I've always
done so I'll do it again."
