[PLUG] How to start a Java program from the KDE desktop

I'm working with a program that is written in Java. The way I start it is to 
use the Konqueror file browser to locate the program's .jar file, right click 
on it, and then "open with" IBMJava2.1.4.2. Is there a way to create a 
desktop icon that will start a Java program?

OS is SuSE 9.1 Personal with KDE.
