[PLUG] A minor visual configuration question

   Does anyone know how to change the color of the firefox vertical scroll bar
"thumb?" It's a very light grey (as is the background of the window, but this
is not controllable by the window manager under X) and very difficult to see
adjacent to the white background of the application window.

   Running qtconfig also seems to have no effect.
