On any 2.6 based Linux system ndiswrapper 1.0 will support Realtek
8180 chipset cards using the Windows XP driver. The best cards to
get are Orinoco Classic Gold and Prism based adapters. Any PCI
based PC card adapter should work for a standup.

Orinoco and the like are better because there are open source
drivers and if I'm not mistaken, you can build access points
using these adapters.

If you need antennas, check out http://www.etherdesigns.com/

The important thing is to search google for success stories
before buying a wireless card. Don't just go for something
the minute there's any mention of opeability with Linux,
find comments on Slashdot etc. Watch out for cards that use
proprietary Linux drivers which don't work well or at all.
