[PLUG] OT: Availability reporting

Hi,

I'm looking for some general guildlines for reporting availability and SLA
compliance. I've been doing a lot of Googling, but most of what I've come
across is very vendor specific. I'm not looking for suggestions for
monitoring, that part is covered. We're capturing all the data we need,
the issue is more presenting it.

If anyone can suggest any good books or URLs, please let me know. Feel
free to email me off the list.
