If by "evil twin Skippy PLUG" you mean PDXLUG, you might take note that
PDXLUG doesn't go by PLUG (and, afaik, isn't actually evil).

If you meant there's another evil twin Skippy PLUG out there, I wonder
what it might be?  :-)
