[PLUG] RAID controller for a linux box

Thanks for all the responses...

It looks like highpoint is not a true hw RAID and 3ware looks good.
One question, is the setup for 3ware relatively smooth?
And the management software is easy to use?

I am open to use any linux distribution but currently have
Centos and Fedora installed.
