   This idea was in use at least 40 years ago. When I took a touch-typing
class in the Army (required for my assignment), the manual typewriters had
no identification on the keytops. We had to type at least 65 wpm on those
old Royal manual typewriters to pass the class and get out of advanced
training. Like riding a bike, touch typing is not forgotten once learned.
