Are you sure you need such CPU horsepower in a laptop?  Unless you're
gaming on the thing and don't have a workstation for such hobbies,
battery life (and a non-burned lap) is generally far preferable to CPU
power.

And the Pentium M does a good job for the MHz... don't let the MHz
rating fool you.  The Pentium M takes the best from the Pentium III and
the best from the Pentium 4, giving a chip that is almost on par with
those AMD produces.  :-)
