Is the behavior any different when using vi commands?
Ctrl + G takes you to the end of document (iirc).
Esc, : line_number; the Esc gets out of insert mode, and into command
mode. The : puts you at the command prompt.
Not sure what that means either way, but I thought it was worth asking.
