I use Quanta, but I also use KDE so the overhead isn't a killer. And for
on-server editing, I use vi.
I haven't found any CSS tools that I like, but the webdeveloper plugin
for Mozilla has a great 'what if' mode that I use a little. Mostly I
plagiarize CSS from sites I like.

Sorry, but it's true. Nvu is trying to be a cross-platform Dreamweaver,
but DW writes some truly nasty HTML. I stay away from tools that compare
themselves to DW.
