It appears to me that an ATI 9x00 PCI card meets your requirements, though
the 9250 might require patching X.  Newegg still has a Diamond 9200SE card.

Note that I don't own an ATI card, so you should do your own research as
well.  I'm just been shopping for a PCIe card, so that's why I had some of
this info.
