When I add new man pages to a Fedora Core 3 system and then run the makewhatis cron job, I can't find the new man pages with the apropos or whatis commands but I can read the man pages. The new man pages are copied into /usr/share/man/man(x) directories. A Google search doesn't reveal a problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Ed
