No one cam blame you, Windows is such a wild beast that few care to attempt taming it =)

I actually know some people who use a separate drive for apps and just leave them on that drive when they do the requisite monthly-reinstall of XP to keep things fast and efficient. I'm surprised by the number of programs that will actually run. A lot of games (except a few that put cdkeys in the registry, shame on them) and most general purpose apps (excepting anything M$ like office, of course)

But I too have lost some of my Wind0ze skills over the years as I see less and less of it in my happily almost-all-linux world. Can't wait for the rest of the world to see the light =)
