That was fixed recently.  yumdownloader in the yum-utils package
downloads packages.  With the --source option, it downloads src.rpm
packages.  FC5 added repositories for sources but they are disabled by
default.  The -e option was recently added to yumdownloader to enable
repositories on the command-line.

yumdownloader -e updates-source --source kernel
