[PLUG] firefox2 spell checker suggestions?

That's how it works on a windows machine.. The only things related to 
spelling that show up in my right click menu are to turn the spelling on 
and off and to select a dictionary to use, nothing about suggestions or 
additions.  Twiddling all of the options in about:config with "spell" in 
them makes no difference.
