I started with RWV about the same time they became RWV... there were a
couple multi-day outages, as I recall.  However, a few multi-hour
outages seemed to be the norm over the last year I was with them.

If you need high reliability, it's going to cost you money.  I haven't
found a UML provider that does a good job of that yet - and I think I've
been with four over the years.  I've had multi-day outages from all of
them at one point or another and the customer service generally sucked.
 That said, for ten bucks a month, a RWV UML is perfect... as long as
you aren't going to be dead in the water with a twelve-hour outage while
they rebuild their RAID array /again/.
