   No.

   Are the power supplies redundant? That is, if one fails does the other
automatically kick in and carry the whole load? If so, there's no difference
between a failed power supply and unplugging it to insert into a different
UPS. OTOH, if both are needed to keep the server up and running, then ...
you'll probably end up rebooting.
