Second this!   I bought a copy and it was c**p.  Too long ago to list 
all that I found wrong but it _WAS NOT_ and AutoCAD work-alike.

There is also VariCAD (http://www.varicad.com/) but it is more 
mechanical oriented.  I bought a copy several years ago but then about 
10 minutes later the project I was going to us it on got pulled.  I 
still get upgrade motices.  Development is active on it.
