[PLUG] "Under Construction" Web Page

[Rich Shepard]

   Has anyone a graphic I could use as a place holder for web pages that are
in the links but not yet ready for prime time?

   There are a bunch of such graphics found by Google Images, but I don't see
any that are marked as copyright free, or available for use by anyone else.
