[PLUG] DBMS Abstraction Layer for PHP Application?

   For all you web application developers here, I have a question. Is there a
useful module (or whatever) that will allow a web-based application written
in php to connect to any one of several dbms backends? Specifically,
PostgreSQL, SQLite, and MySQL would be nice.
