Auke,

   Mplayerplug-in fails to build beause it cannot find the xpcom library. I
searched with Google for a copy of the library (or its source) but cannot
find it. Do you have suggestions of what I could do?

   I don't care if I use Mplayer, gxine, or xine. So far I cannot get any of
them to work with either firefox-1.5.0.4 or opera-8.5.4, and both used to
play videos (with RealPlayer8) just fine.
