I would try www.enuinc.com for parts sourcing. They'll cover everything but
the small case, or Frye's in Wilsonville. You're essentially looking to
build a mini-itx box.

so you're looking at maybe 170.00 for case and mobo with RAM, CPU and HD
you'll come close to your budget
