[PLUG] internet browsing problem

I set up a computer for a friend using FC4. It can get only get to some web 
sites, not all. For instance it can get to PortlandDocs.com by typing 
66.78.76.163, but not by typing http://www.portlanddocs.com.

This is a Qwest DSL line and Lunux determined the following settings at 
install time:

      HostName: localhost.localdomain
   Primary DNS: 192.168.0,1
Secondary DNS: 205.171.3.65
    Terc.. DNS: (blank)
    DNS Search: domain.actdsltmp

Can any one tell me how to fix this?
