I dont know if FC4 uses resolv.conf

but that sounds more than likely what it is

/etc/resolv.conf

nameserver 192.168.0.1
search had1.or.comcast.net.
domain Tnetwork

you just need to setup your nameserver info for your isp, ie DNS
