Heh, I use 'less' frequently, but I didn't know about half of those.  I 
default to the up-down arrow keys and 'page up' 'page down' keys.  I 
guess I will never really be a keyboard shortcut guru, despite my 
preference for keys over the rodent.

I was reading the vim documentation a few weeks ago and noted how 
disparaging the docs were of using PgUp/PgDwn and arrow keys over 
'h-j-k-l' for navigating because you have to *reach* *all* *the* *way* 
over to the right to access those keys.  It's not enough to avoid 
reaching for the mouse, now you have limit yourself firmly to the 
alphabet and shift/meta keys to achieve keyboard shortcut nirvana. 
These people must type 300wpm! :-)
