[PLUG] Need ISP For Grandma!

my mom 80 yrs and going strong lives in a 'gated community'
i call it a prison compound, but thats me, any way her house
has ethernet all setup and wired in, gets around 2-4 Mbs.

She never had internet before that and had no idea that
was broadband and thought thats what everyone had.
