Um... I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but what is
this?  Why the rediculous pseudo authentication scheme?  Why do all
your URLs end in .exe?  And if you're trying to promote this project,
then why is it not available for download anywhere?

I'm thinking spam or phishing.
