[PLUG] how to force a reboot with no working rootfs?

Yeah, the kcore bit doesn't always work... though I think I remember
using urandom has slightly better results.. probably all a toss of the
dice anyway.

I don't know if it's appropriate, but if you're going to need to do
this regularly you may want to look into installing a STONITH/power
interrupt device in front... rebuilding a kernel with sysrq would
however be cheaper :)
