[PLUG] Help Needed Diagnosing Web Access Problem -- SOLVED

Totally based on my own needs:

I've always thought it would be cool to have a mailing
list one can post to. No one ever replies. The whole
purpose is to cause the yet to be discovered mental
process that solves ones issue or need, just on the
basis of making it known to others.
