[PLUG] Transfer from thumb drive to Windows computer

Do you know if you have the same problem on windows machines other than 
the ones at PSU? If you don't, then you might consider asking a system 
admin or a librarian at PSU for some help on figuring out why their 
machines aren't seeing your pdf file.
