[PLUG] Need speaker for Advanced Topics - aka "The house that licked my brain"

I do not have a speaker for the next Advanced Topics.  The "adventure"
of buying a house has eaten all of my limited attention span.

Anyone want to speak this month?  The meeting is scheduled for Monday
May 15th.  (The same day as my house is supposed to close and the same
day as a big deadline at work.)

Sorry to be distracted.  Not every day you put yourself into eternal
debt.
