Occasionally the display on my computer freezes and
the computer must be rebooted. This occurs no matter
what OS I am using.

The RAM is apparently good (1 GB DDR 400): I ran
Memtest all night without any errors. Could it be the
CPU? The drive controller? Are there software
diagnostics I could run to find out?
