He doesn't appear to:
www.appl-ecosys.com. 83669 IN CNAME www.aracnet.com.
www.aracnet.com. 83669 IN A 216.99.193.8
appl-ecosys.com. 83798 IN A 216.99.206.23
These are clearly not the same servers.
